No matter what you decide nothing matters if you don't take action to get you closer to your goal.

I work full time at a machine shop for about 25-30k a year and I've decided to move to Poughkeepsie New York area in July of 2020 to move closer to family and hopefully have more homes to choose from.

Higher close rate too if trust is already established.

Only sell when you can use the money to move closer to your goal.

Looking around at the neighborhood, which we also live in, there is cracked cement, messed up grass, and many ground out tree stumps that are no different from this rental.

Some closers within those companies may not like doing them, but that does not mean the company will not close them.
