My hope within the next 1-2 months would be to find a REinvesting mentor in my area willing to take me under their wing in exchange for free work from a very capable girl like myself. 

They called to tell me that they were sorry about what happened and told me that the girl that was living in the house (her niece) threatened to burn the house down if they sold it out from under her.

We were seeking a flip to make up for lost income as my wife was out on maternity with our second baby girl.

It seems a bit like a money grab during escrow to me.

I currently have pretty nice washer & dryer in there, so if I were to provide, maybe I should grab some cheaper refurbished units and take the nicer ones over to the new place?

I didn't really plan a trip just passed through to grab a quick bite and gas..

Or go to a huge apartment complex and grab a lease and check that over.Usually you have a lease and then you have a policy packet the lease refers to.
