Definitely don't buy a deal just to buy, but make adjustments as we go through different cycles and stay in the game. 

If growing your SDIRA is the main game, think about mixing it up with other allowed investments in the SDIRA world, like stocks or bonds – it's like having a diverse set of cards in your deck.

In theory you could approach the neighbors before going under contract but they will take your inquiry more seriously if they know you have skin in the game.

I am interested in multi family long term holds and BRRRRs.

We hold ours in LLCs and do file a 1065s.

How do you think the value of mobile homes hold up over time?
