Depending on what other housing options cost, they may be willing to rent an entire unit but of course it would need to be furnished.

Taxes, HOA, Insurance, etc.Sell 7 fractions of the house for $135k each furnished at a seller financed 6.5%.I realize the potential carrying costs to find 7 buyers could be great.

It's possible, but it's also called mortgage fraud.You may be able to get away with long term (standard 12 mos) leases on 3 units and then AirBNB on the furnished 4th with time held back for your own use, but that's about as far as I'd push it.I hope that helps, and sorry to crash the party.- JM

You can furnish as you wish or for extra fee I can rent a furnished  package to you  .

You could do it yourself but furnishing can cost money which you might not want to spend. 

It took a few months to get the STR permits in place and used the time to furnish and get the place in tip top shape.  

We use Airbnb, furnished finder, and facebook groups.

If you need to remodel the house you are only spending the money to update one kitchen vs two, you only need to furnish/design a single property, etc.
