haha jk, but really using wix is fun and easy, and to buy a domain is quite cheap.

I know it might make mathematical sense, but trust me - its not fun.

Once you are there then having people find you stuff is the way to go IMO.There is no way around it, you are doing this instead of doing something that could be more relaxing and fun.

It's been a learning curve to say the least but a lot of fun and nice to see a nest egg building up for retirement if all goes as planned.

I know that doesn't sound fun, but it's better than two empty buildings and sleepless nights.

The AK only takes a file.....in fact I bought a used AK about ten years ago, took it out and hot fire, I could pull the trigger back and get it to pop off about 6 rounds consistantly.....not good, fun that day on the farm, but not a good thing, I sold it where I got itand told they guy it may need a little work.

Yeah, fun...Last few years I have been able to largely break even given the mortgage payments and taxes were about equal to the rental income.

After they “try wholesaling”, they will be on to rolling cigars in their basement, or whatever the new trend is next month.I started this thread because I didn’t know if some late night guru was selling a bunch of garbage on tv.
