Hello All, I am new here and was trying to check if anyone can provide the tools I need to find the best market and also any other suggestions are welcome.

Finding off market properties at a discount, fixing them up to add value/equity to them and then flipping them via 1031 and move to the next one.

I have tried finding post regarding this question but couldn't really find what I'm looking for.

I could definitely appreciate your purchase if you are running a more active and construction based real estate business but I have some qualms about liability and would want to know more about your business structure.   

What should be right way to find these investor buyers in the market?

You need to find a regular local lender who can tell you what you will need which will be 20-30 percent depending on the rate you are after.But, the easiest way for flippers to become owners is to hold every 4th property you flip and rent it at high rent since it's a full renovation.
