It seems logical that this would make the tax regressive past some breakpoint If the government continues to deflate the currency going forward and the tax on inflation tax becomes more common will we see even more "revenue" transferred to the government coffers from those under said affluence barrier?

Section 8 is federal but is administered on the local level.So in Georgia it is section 8 federally but where I am called HAFC locally.

If you read the back of the application it mentions that addition documentation may be requested per federal laws to ensure that you aren't involved in money laundering or funding terrorist activities.

I found taking them an unnecessary distraction from my business consuming time I could otherwise use running, building, and managing my investment business.In any transaction, you have to disclose that you are a licensed agent and remain compliant with all the reams of  disclosure paperwork some government bureaucrat created to justify his or her make-work job to create the illusion he or she was protecting the public. 

That’s a question for your local government but I’d be surprised if they said yes.Can you move a wall to reclaim some space from any adjacent rooms to get you more space to work with?
