Any pointers to good reads that can get me up to speed fast  would be most appreciated.

We also use Skype ($2.99/month without Caller ID or $5.99/month with Caller ID) for some our team members that do not have a high upload speed.

But if I could send a drone to do the walk through sending me video footage that I could view at my convenience, i cpuld have my assistant take all that time and have him work on marketing programs to buy non-mls properties ...now if you could program software so rei-drone  would tap into the showing services access codes on an as need basis,  so it wouldnt have to wait for access codes, that be helpful and speed up the process.... some ideas .... for your sake I hope someone else has a few needs that are easier to create software programs for..
