In conclusion,  I am a big fan of real estate investing, because I have skill in that area,  but my portfolio is balanced.

I am a fan of investing close to home.

Dayton may be the closest established market for you...or maybe even into Indiana (Fort Wayne perhaps)...That said, I'm a big fan of secondary rural markets..lots of possibilities that don't exist in metro's

Louisville, adding Top Golf should signal our cities desire to stay relevant and interesting in this global economy.
