Hello BiggerPockets Community,I've been consuming a lot of content from the BiggerPockets books and website recently, especially about networking and building your team, but until now I feel like I am stuck with a chicken-or-egg problem: How do you start building your REI network if you have limited experience and resources?

Hello Jerry, I want to preface by saying that I am not a CPA and that you should definitely have a CPA with experience in RE because they would be able to answer these questions.

While that isn't a guarantee of future success, it gives you an idea of their experience.

Anyone have experience or insight?

For the vast majority of rental property investors who want a streamlined borrowing experience with a high degree of certainty that their loan will be funded on an accelerated timeline, DSCR loans are strongly preferred as long as property and borrower guidelines are met.

And before I get roasted here for bursting bubbles: apply for a large DSCR loan and tell them you have no experience as an operator...

If it were good, so many people wouldnt shy from their experiences.
