This sounds like an issue with poor insulation between units, thereby allowing ordinary sounds to amplify.

MFUs are selling from 350k to 550k which I’m afraid I won’t qualify for by myself (even though I have an excellent credit score) .

Find one that does not have a high-priced long-term monthly contract, flexible pricing, and excellent customer service.

I had one excellent provider that I have had for a very long time, who is prominent and we are close friends due to a marriage in our families later on.. that I just discovered won't bill us any more, because of that owner not paying the bill for 5 months, and putting them off. 

Overall they were excellent in promoting and getting my project funded.
