I grew up in Oregon and still have a sister living in Portland.

This includes renting out my couch in my first 1bedroom condo, to renting out the majority of the house I live in currently. 

My current living situation is very stressful but keeping positive.

As far as what I do, I am a funding specialist and work closely with real estate investors to raise capital tax-free by using a specially designed holding account that grows your money between 5%-10% of interest and when it is time for you to pull the trigger on the next property purchase, you will enjoy a much lower lending rate of 3.5% - 4.5% on time for their next property.I've been doing this for 9 years and have worked closely with real estate investors for the last 4 and a half.About my future goals, I am interested in partnerships with other investors within the local area (Bay Area).

Keep your cost of living low so you can reinvest it all into acquisitions, until you hit your number.  

I live in the Midwest, KCMO to be exact, and am looking to network with other RE agents and investors.

In fact, the best ones I have stayed in are the ones that people ACTUALLY live in, because they have all the things one would expect.

My question is, could I live in Virginia and wholesale virtually out of state legally without a license.
