Just about any local lumber yard will be glad to sell you doors... just call up and ask to speak to the sales manager and he/she can direct you to an appropriate rep.That said, HD and Lowes do some crazy promotions at times and with like-kind brands, the product should be identical, so the quality should be too.

People considering it anything near or resembling "inner city" (throw in a 40 minute drive down the E-way through about 3 colleges, 14 Best Buys, 4 Malls and 6 TGIF's) a ghetto property seems odd to me.

These are typically disregarded entities for tax purposes as the LLC does not file it's own tax return and activities are reported on your own Sched E.
