For only a few hundred dollars you got to see about 40 speakers over 3 days on a range of different topics from Raising Private Money to Note Investing of all types (I even had a discount that I offered here on BP and some people even got to go for $100).

For once it was the insurance company sending me money rather than the other way around.I had recently upgraded the HVAC on one of my houses and since the risk of it failing was reduced, my premium was reduced.Just a reminder that should you do some major work on a house you own that you might be due some discounts from your insurance carrier.
