I’m looking for any REO, auction or foreclosure homes to buy ASAP?!? Any ideas, info or leads?

I wanted to know if anyone could help me or point me in the right direction of how do I go about trying to get an Assignment Contract or a Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract.

When creating any list with a list provider, I very strongly suggest calling them directly and speaking with someone.

Could someone please point me in the right direction in getting started in investing in single-family homes in C or B areas within the SE Louisiana area that have somewhat of an upside but not a dump???  

Hey BP,I have sent out my first direct mail campaign and I have been getting a few calls.

I also require tenants to direct deposit through payroll deduction or going to my bank and physically depositing rent...no alternatives.

I'm actually looking for large value ad stuff where the house is a pretty light rehab EXCEPT for major structural or foundation items, because most of those kinds of items now don't scare me away and I can differentiate and compete with less people when finding them.It takes baby steps though, if that makes sense. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
