Be patient and keep saving.

This was a national chain restaurant, and we could patiently wait for another or re purpose this property.

Our market is tight and competitive, so be patient, run the #'s w/ thorough due diligence, and exercise discipline in not overpaying just to get a deal.  

It is also important to be patient with the churning of the government gears. 

Just being patient.

It's slim pickins over there right now but I'm patiently waiting for something to pop up. 

Learn how to be patient, and understand that the numbers ($$$) don't lie...so never argue with them.  

Thanks for any input we just don't want to blow our first investment because we weren't patient.

Also, I have read that some many people panic when there house doesn't sell immediately, it takes some time, obviously at some point its time to come up with a different idea, but be patient at first. 

Just a sharp utility knife and some patients. :-)
