Find people close to you using MEET feature.

That drives more traffic to your site.If you can get a featured blog on BP then BP will give you a do follow link in the signature for the blog.There is a ton of leverage by using BP and providing great content to others.  

If you're doing buy & hold and want to keep the paperwork to a minimum, you could simply title the property to a land trust that designates what each of you have as beneficial interest in the property. 

The house is not very big, but has a lot of nice features.

Then instead of getting frustrated with what the webform is pre-designed to require, you can outline what you are doing and get real explanations. 

I would stop down at town hall and talk to the department placing the condemned designation on the property and see what you have to do to get it removed.

I am thinking it would be Essentials because then you can pay bills online, but if your bank has that feature and you can just have all your bank entries downloaded, I am not sure if that is necessary.
