It is hard to deny the numbers but, one thing no one really talks about much is the additional time all those extra properties take.I think long-term, leverage is probably best. But maybe for the person nearing retirement, who just wants a safe and tangible asset that makes them cash flow, cash might be a better option.I think some people will do everything in their power to amass as much wealth as they possibly can until they die, so they may pass it on to their heirs.I think others will get to a point where they want to cash in and at that point, the best cash flow comes from being debt free.I am looking into leverage as a way to make the most out of my opportunities.

The other tenant plans on staying (the one that will be going to jail) which brings me to my question: Given that domestic abuse is not something that we want happening on our property, we were wondering if this gives us any ground to evict?

Wound up being one of the best investments of my life but I got tired of the abuse and work the cabin required due to how renters treated my property.I was shocked with how much we sold our cabin for and wondered how someone could make the numbers work.

To presuppose that misinformation on an application is by way of the borrower without due investigation seems to universally not understand the origination process of a loan and is void of possibilities of 'clerical errors' which are not fraud, they are clerical errors.I can't imagine a judge denying anyone their constitutional rights.
