so I worked the printing press in our garage after school and we went to  the YMCA and picked up the hobos  ( today would be homeless) paid them 10 dollars a day and a pack of smokes to walk door to door hanging them.. my dad would get 20 leads a week and within 6 months was number one in the company and within 2 years started his own and that was my upbringing.. worked from the bottom up..

Anyone telling you that you will, is blowing smoke to get their hands on your money.

Anyone who claims to spend a lot of time on it is blowing smoke.

It has a new roof and new hvac, new flooring etc, home inspection revealed nothing major (I.e. just needs new smoke detectors).

What are you smoking, or are you still having a hangover from the ride in the P100D? 

And if weed is not legal, smoking an illegal substance is not only grounds to reject a tenant but also eviction.
