My partner and I found a good potential deal to wholesale in our area, though with lack of pictures of the inside of the property, we are going to walkthrough the property.

March 15th was a day to remember because a client called want to have some custom builds done in the upstairs of the house.

@Derek Patterson Yes I did, I emailed customer support, they got right back to me.

It costs a lot and it is mainly customized to the client's needs.

At least looking at the few pictures that are available, the rehab may be a little more than I’d like to get into on my first go around but we’ll see.

My three year picture includes approximately 5 employees to support my revenue goal.

The difference I suppose is I write my own small letter batches that are custom-tailored for a few recipients.
