I recently discovered an apartment complex for sale in my area that looks to be a pretty good deal, and would like some thoughts and opinions on it.

Please let me know your opinion or if you have any experience and prefer one over the other!

Adding to this, there is a project to expand the hotel capacity to 21 rooms.Fully explored and professionally maintained, we believe the property would yield at 12% per year.You can have a look at the pictures in booking.com.Looking forward to hearing your opinions and suggestions! 

In my opinion, the best route would be to put a large down payment 30%+ if you can.

This does not bode well for other aspects of their business in my opinion.

Hi BP Family,Any opinion on whether a hot sellers market/high property costs have a positive correlation to high construction costs?

I currently live in a duplex that (in my opinion) needs a significant amount of work.
