Hello, if anyone has had any experience in Broward County, Florida, winning a bank foreclosure paying over the final judgment amount, and getting the Clerk of Courts to disburse funds from Court Registry to cover delinquent property taxes, I would like to hear from you, what steps to take, forms to fill out, etc.In my particular case, the auction took place January 5th 2017, I got Certificate of Title January 19th 2017. 

Even functioning as an investor, a license can extend a level of trust that you are an upstanding real estate community member. 

And if you ever have to deal with them in court they put the most aggressive attorneys to fight with you.

We were given possession of our rental at eviction court.

If its functional you can take a little off the rent and keep the old cabinetry and flooring.  

Then and only then could we take the investor's tenant to court and evict her.

New to foreclosure purchasing at court house steps...I'm looking to possibly bid on 3 properties at the court house steps in Forsyth County Ga. 

Maybe the terms with your seller/lender state that if you are or ever yourself become an HOA, your interest rate shoots up to 15%.Both of these, I'm going to guess, you and/or your seller would lose in court and the HOA would likely win.

Nobody wins in court.
