I am an investor and agent here in MN.

As an active investor and agent in New York and New Jersey - let me say, I've "seen this movie" before. 2001 - 9/11 - New York is dead2008 - Global Financial Crisis - New York is dead2020 - COVID - New York is deadWell, turns out New York came back each and every time.

Another question to think about, that might be something an agent can help with is: where are the other people your age and life stage living? 

@Trevor ToftPlease don't base this decision on a Zestimate it's very surprising the value only increased around 26% (2020-2024), I do not know your market but do your homework and contact an agent and ideally an appraiser you trust to get a real valuation.
