Hello BP community, I need to get wholesaling and would love for someone to help out I have been reading and studying real estate markets and different strategies and I am ready to take the field giving it my 110% effort 7 days a week.

@Jany LeeI used AmeriSurveyors in Austin and San Antonio...they're priced about 1/2 of what other surveyors charge and they're willing to work with me on the certification language and field notes.

I'm very excited because I know this is career and path I want to take.

I decided that this is going to be my career path and something I want to do so started reading a lot on here, read few books, listened to the webinar, going on 2 seminars this week.

The education is invaluable for later in your career.

I also own enough properties that Brokers/Agents that I don't know tend to give me what I need.However, when I wasn't as well known in my area (or at least it's easy to find my name on expensive multi-family properties), this was a serious issue for me.Ultimately, Brokers/Agents that worked with me earlier on in my career that disclosed the information with me honestly got my business and make a lot of money from my transactions.I don't expect my postings to change the way things are done, but I'm just venting from my earlier RE Investing Career.Investor Llew

LOL... fine if you have spare time while your getting licensed.. but not a career move by any means..

Can anyone tell me if they know of a book or know of anyone who might be an expert in this field?  

So, a couple of weeks ago I closed one of my favorite wholesale transactions of my career.

But if you have a flexible enough seller who will assist one way or another in financing their property it makes it just that much easier to move forward in your investing career.
