I am working with one investor buddy of mine go to a coffee shop associated with a local mega church.  

I was looking at it with a buddy and we both would be shocked if I even get one, but if I do we bet they are really motivated!

They find one assignment, they may just move on thinking okay, the buyer didn't end up buying and assigned to his buddy, his business partner, I've seen that end buyer's name before.
