We use a local agency to manage short and long term rental of our place and while they charge a hefty percentage we don't have to coordinating cleanings between same-day checkin/checkout guests or questions on how to work the cable, etc... from hours away.At least where we are vacation home prices are up due to Covid and the desire to have an escape spot.

Anything left off the paper will be subject to at least 11 different assumptions2) A qualified and unaffiliated attorney must draft it--no brother in laws, cousins or what have you.3) Everyone must be clear on who makes the decisions and what power they have to acquire and disposeMy father was an attorney and had clients that hired him over divisions of a collectively family owned bunch of real estate....the cases collectively lasted over 15 years and spanned 3 generations.

My brother used the regular white shell install for the basin in his southie apartment then accented it with DIY tile, rainfall head install and glass 3/4 wall on the shower sideReally opened up the small apartment bathroom and also gave him something fun to do without hiring a contractor🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks,Tom

brother You gotta learn how to be a top g with business and with the ladies.

They aren't going to earn that much out in the market with the money now anyways.Start small and make your Big Mistakes early.Don't know why I did this one first, my brother and sister in law wanted me to check their area out.

Thankfully, after some time we were able to unload everything but our own residence and escaped for the most part unscathed.
