Bare minimum, try to convince them to remove the PITI from DTI (vs. include the whole income) which should help a lot. 

There are expected changes that might but might not be made to the laws as discoveries are made on the effects and consequences these new laws bring to bare.

As a guest, I should be able to walk around in white socks or bare feet and not have my socks/feet turn black.If you want your guests to clean up after themselves, give them the things they need to do it.
