I know of a property in my area that is zoned for General Warehousing, it's about 4 acres, there is a single family home, detached garage, and warehousing building (all in bad shape) on the property.

So I am not really feeling confident to put down an offer unless I can be reasonably certain I will get the financing.Can some of you share with me your experience (good or bad) with these platforms and what process you used to get the funding from them, how the experience was, etc?

@Mike DeBuccio Jr. before you invest out of state, you need to do your due diligence about the market, find a good team (Realtor, Property Manager, Lawyer, title company, etc) a good property could be a bad investment if you do not have a GOOD team on place.
