Problem with Landlords
5 March 2013 | 12 replies
{end of EDIT}I was just on the phone with another landlord near me, who has many more rentals and I was commenting to him how he is among the most highly rated landlords in this next website, where tenants rate their landlords:http://whoseyourlandlord.com/landlordsSeems mostly local to my area, but now that it is on BP it could go nationwide faster ...Landlords and PMs would do well to read the comments associated with the reviews of any landlord in that site, especially the lower scoring ones.

Laminate v. CONCRETE Floors
11 March 2013 | 12 replies
Its a big job grinding(diamond cutters), patching, polishing(finer diamond cutters), staining and sealing a concrete floor.I could see it in a converted warehouse setting with open floor plan, sandblasted heavy timbers, and painted industrial ductwork, etc.totally agree with this, concrete floors look great but really create a certain look associated w/ modern, industrial.
