Hi BP,I am Paul, a 30 year old Civil Engineer and aspiring Real Estate Investor from Hamilton New Zealand.

One of my biggest worries as a brand new aspiring investor is that I don't want to develop a reputation for being the annoying guy who asks his agent for comps every day. 

We've mainly been looking at judicial tax sales, etc.We are small business owners ready to take the next step in our journey as young entrepreneurs.
