Not global warming but constant change that swings from hot to cold. 

No kicking them out into the cold cold streets on Christmas Day.A landlord can't do anything unless we send a NOTICE or give a NOTICE.  

Far better than any CRM for my purposes in my opinion.I will focus exclusively on cold calling to start with since it's the most direct path to reaching out and touching prospective sellers and learning to deal with them.

I did some cold calling to some vacant property owners.

Between cold/potentially messy weather, traveling, visitors and all the other social and holiday to do's, people have less time to property hunt and many sellers will take their property off the market, as well.

It gets a little cold.

Some are hot, some are cold.  

Did have to pull new #6 conductors for the tankless.For me it makes sense being in South Florida so the temperature rise needed is the lowest possible.The downside of this is if we have a hurricane and power goes out with a tank HWH you still have 2 hot showers left, with a tankless you are taking cold showers.

I hung 100 sheets of drywall in the cold of winter, after working 10 hours at my "real" job.

Con-tenant can get cold feet and not pay for an option and they already have a lease!
