I suggest you focus on trying to find an asset that will have good appreciation over the long run since the long-term appreciation rate of real estate tends to average between 5 and 8% here in Florida.if you can't afford to buy in the metro area of Tampa and Orlando my second option is in Polk county Lakeland area since it has seen some incredible population growth there is an increased demand for rentals prices are slightly lower but rental rates are close to what you will find here in the Orlando and Tampa area.
