I scheduled an apointment with the current resident to inspect the property at noon, followed by an apointment with the new resident.I think you have to deal with each situation as it comes up, but would not force someone to move out if the are paying rent and not disturbing other residents.

I think if you look into it there is no real increase in value based on registering and you may be forced into more costly historically correct restorations.

You could wait until someone wants to go in the front door and gain access that way.At some point you will have to force access if they have the run around.No legal advice.

The solution for the residual odor was to spray every square inch of the interior in the fire area with two coats of Zinser BIN Shellac using an airless sprayer, forcing the BIN into every crack and crevice.

I could see a lot of entry level folks working in those hospitals/universities being forced to go South due to rising rents in West Philly (by 30th Street and beyond) so Grays Ferry would be the natural progression to remain close and have reasonable rents.

For example, if foreign cash stopped purchasing our debt and our government was forced to live on what comes in while paying higher rates on the debt we currently have.  6) Price of oil - If the price of oil were to go over $100 per barrel and look like it was going to stay there for an extended period of time, then the boom could take off again.So, my advise?
