I am also studying up on wholesaleing to generate extra capital for buy and hold!

Unfortunately, I only cared about throwing parties, playing baseball, and studying for exams so I missed out on studying the economics of a downturn.For those who were real estate investors during the last recession and others, what is the lending environment like?

Nationwide or Florida Specific, please let me know of you have a minute.With that said, if anyone else has any other beneficial ways to study the economy currently please drop them below!!

There's hundreds of threads on Bigger Pockets regarding tenant screening.I would say a very important step is to research and study your state's landlord/tenant laws.

About me:-I work in the architecture/engineering/construction industry and am currently studying to get my architectural license-As such I love old houses with architectural character... but I'm learning quickly from my 1914 home that they're a lot of work-I have two children (a boy and a girl) with my wife, Elsa.
