I currently own a duplex and a sfh (my primary resi) on the south side of Chicago.

I will post my story on here... it resulted in a more than 8000 loss... and water bills which were not paid, and which Northpoint was supposed to assist in transfering to tenant's name. 

I'm going to be closing on an old multifamily property at the end of the month, and I'm considering my HVAC options.

This would be my first property in industrial outdoor storage.

Hey @David Cherkowsky my wife and I house-hacked just outside Alexandria (in the Fairfax County side) and now are in City of Alexandria in the West End.We went the walkout basement route but have friends who did rent by the room (they're past clients of @Russell Brazil). 

My tenant allegedly got locked in the bathroom.

My plan is to fill the 40 vacant pads to get to 100% occupancy, at which point the park should worth $4M.

I will love to network now and offer my help as well to anyone who needs it.

OR, can I do it myself as I did for my RE media business?

In my market no one is building that is not building a custom built $700,000+ house.
