There's one listing on there, it's been on the MLS for about six months and the listings on myhousedeals claims that you just buy it at the asking price and it's already got $50k in equity built in, no need to renovate.

Its so restrictive and punitive that its really unfair.Adding $1000 that is not incentivised or earned is just going to make people get larger iphones or play more video games.If you helicopter ben those funds to millions of people the cost of everything will increase, so its a push.I agree that there is such an divide and inequality maybe stop with the FED and artificial rates and pumped up prices of everything that noone can afford anything, this is just a band aid on a hidden wound.But if they are handing out $1000 I do think short term it would give people some basic improvements.

If you were in equities as you should be, you should be up way more than $100 unless the account value is $1000 or something real small.
