I done some research on creative finance deals and have noticed a lot of beginner investors have had a lot of success with creative financing deals.

I thinking of this for the following:1.

They would like me to sign a new document to update this so they can sell the loan to an investor.

Purchase price: $85,000 Cash invested: $20,000 I know the numbers are not great from any point of view but this was my first deal.
