As most systems I have seen advertised have a payback period of at least 10 years (if not 15 years or 20 years), most landlords are not willing to forecast out that far.

You are already taking a hit on re-renting it out and advertising it etc, you don't need to take a hit on all the damages and partial rent payments as well.Best of luck
