Hi everyone,The oil and gas industry is a huge driver of our state economy and with $50/barrel, oil companies around here are making cuts and laying people off.

IN Oregon Nope... you can get insurance but you can also have issues.. it won't be cut and dry yes no but it can be a problem.But I do know many other states title companies won't insure them... so your advice is very good.as for this scenario if there is plenty of time before the sale.. simply open escrow at your title co. of choice .. to a purchase and sale agreement that has the tax's being prorated at close .. and let the title co.. collect and pay the tax's in escrow.. sale is put off you get home with title insurance and all is well.

(Holding costs make a difference)Check with your city/county office - some have tax revite programs which could be an extra selling point.Do things right and don't cut corners to save a buck.Always look and ask for ways to save money with your contractors and lumberyards, you can often get a discount of some type just by asking for available options.I'm sure I could think of some other things to add, hope this helpsJeff

Best way is set a spray booth in garage use airless spray uncut baseboard, cut install and chaulk brad nail holes and touch up
