BUT I can tell you;  at least in the Greater Atlanta area, and Chattanooga, there is so much appreciation that zero leads match this filter.Some area up North, a low appreciation rust belt, weak jobs, probabably has leads like this. 

Then you need to match if you want to get a similar price.For Los Feliz, I would look at what is "Instagrammable."
