Does anyone know of a good contractor in Brevard, NC or Pickens,SC?

I have enjoyed learning from the podcasts as well and from other members like yourself.

And when I say build my house I don’t mean be the general contractor and hire subcontractors to build my house.

We noticed that a section of house the floors were not leveled but instead of tearing everything apart the sub contractor just compensated and leveled as he tiled.Fast forward to today we get a call from the down stairs owner that they were having cracks in the ceiling and once they removed to repair they noticed that 2-3 trusses were failing at the connection point.

Most plug numbers into a program and if certain percentages, based on contractor prices, don't match  they pass on a good opportunity... if its your first house... do the work yourself .. make the mistakes , learn what ever repair/install/demo should costs..... then on your 2nd 3rd 4th you know the numbers and can hire half the work out, do the other half to save money and work towards writing checks and closing deals 

Loan #2 will be direct financing from the contractor  of $25k at 3.99% for 36 months.

I've visited and enjoyed the Sarasota/Bradenton area and that is relatively close to Tampa, but also has a mid-sized airport locally (Elite Airways flies direct from PWM to Sarasota, as far as I know).

I love flipping and hope I'm wrong, but as that annoying saying goes, it is what it is.I wonder what Zillows plan is for contracting renovations to avoid the problems of flaky, dishonest contractors.
