Hello Jason, I am a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina and also work with a property management company in the Charlotte area.

I had our attorney reach out to a mortgage company before and try to buy a particular note.

I've tried online lending companies like credible but they all give me interest rates above 10%.I am wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions for paying off the $50k sooner rather than later to avoid paying double the loan...any insight is appreciated!

The fact that it’s so difficult to get price information that every other company (except maybe Guestys vague 2-5%) lists on their site is quite frustrating.

When talking with staff / residents / others on the properties we operate, I typically say I am the manager of the company that owns XYZ proprerty and that is, in fact, the most correct description.

Because my company has to be an active company (ROBS restrictions), I have to start out fixing and flipping, versus buying and holding.
