What thoughts/experience do you have with studio/1 bedroom in Destin.  

For some reference, the cheapest studio I have found in the East Bay rents for about $1500+- How would you recommend financing this? 

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

No company is going to willingly open a business in an area with incredibly high crime unless they're incentivized somehow (tax breaks, gentrification going on, big development, etc).Amazon tried the whole "new employment opportunity" and a certain Congresswoman bartender convinced a bunch of ignoramuses that Amazon was going to "destroy" the "community".

We've kept the cost of furnishing it pretty low - Zinus beds on Amazon, TVs and various household items from Costco, ceiling fans from Lowe's, mini blinds from Home Depot, etc.

Also, the longer you keep bending over backwards, the angrier some people will get when you finally stop..Personally, I'd probably text her a link to an Amazon search for bug spray, followed by a laugh emoji 😄

Also, if these are studio or one bedroom units, school likely is not a factor...but certainly the Holiday Season, mid-October through mid-February/March is, no matter the size of the units.

Go to Amazon, Walmart, Target, or wherever you shop, and buy a notebook.
