We work in Birmingham, AL, but a huge portion of our investors live in CA.

I've just contracted another residential redevelopment house and I'm focused on bringing the best quality product to the Birmingham, AL market that's possible; regardless of my limited experience.

I don't want to parrot all the benefits that we can all see on the membership page, but suffice to say, the private messaging, downloads, ads, advanced member search, et al, is 100 fold worth the price of admission.  

I bought some seeds from whole foods to plant for my garden for a property not too far from whole foods in the Capital of Alabama; I became interested in Real Estate in an area around whole foods.

My issue at the moment is the financial side, unsure how/where to meet those kinds of partners, etc.The bigger deals I'm getting are in AL or GA.

To get strait to the point, I purchased property from the state of Alabama for back taxes.
