Guys will share a bed or sleep in closet or bring an air mattress.  

But, with the chance to make 4x what an LTR would otherwise make ... there must be something else brewing.Now consider this: NYC currently has more Air Bnb listings than it does apartments for rent - putting a downward pressure on daily rates even though home values continue to increase. 

My property had a water damage because of the air conditioner pipe of the above unit.The water leaked from the ceiling, carpet all wet, so I called the construction company and the dried the wall, floor and need to get replaced the carpet.I claimed to the insurance company so they will handle it, but it looks like the insurance company don't claim to the owner of the above unit and I need to pay the deductible.What the insurance company says is the water damage is an accident, it is not the owner's fault. 

@Shanel Dial I would in addition to the air dna, go look at comparables on AIR BNB during that time frame.

@Ben Rezac Do you plan to air bnb out the separate living space?

As soon as family gets involved or another couple tags along it automatically goes to Air BnB.

For plumbing I use TP Howard and for HVAC problems you can try Messer Heating and AIr or American Air.

The only exception I ever saw to this was a situation once where a man was high up on a hill, and there was no check valve at his meter, and trapped air in the lines was running his meter forward when pressure fluctuated badly.

But I did…This condo would cost me about 1500 a month with 5% down and would do about 3-4k on air bnb.
