We do however have a couple people in mind that we think might be interested in private lending.

Keep in mind, that FHA and VA loans cannot be used to purchase your flip until you have owned the home for more than 6 months.

And it is very hard to get a HELOC in an investment.Keep in mind that the max cash-out refi you will get is going to be 70% for Fannie/Freddie loans.

I’ll be reaching out to some brokers to see if they wouldn’t mind working with and/or supervise me in my early days of professional real estate business.

I always “click on the Date” on header of the Date column to get Reverse chronological order, easier for my mind to digest it that way.

Keep in mind the financial resources do not have to be yours, they just have to be money you have access to; not just banks but also friends family, hard money lenders etc. 

So just something to keep in mind.

I know the last lender I used like seeing them, and believed it puts their mind at ease a little  once they see how nice my past places came out.
