It allows for other bills to be applied toward your credit score such as your cell phone bill or your electric bill or rent if you live in an apartment.

The most important thing is to ensure that you are educated on the various options and that whichever option you choose you follow the laws and regulations surrounding them.

As a thought experiment, if we got to vote on it, and we knew for sure we can stop corona in 1 month if we either a) printed trillions we don't have, or b) give up our cell phones for 1 month....what would the final tally be? 

It's hard finding numbers online because most are unlisted, on a do not call list, change their number too frequently, or have cell phones.
