I have a few spreadsheets that I've been using and I'd like to post them for 2 reasons:(1) to share with the others something that may be useful and save them time, and(2) to have some other eyes on my work to make sure I don't have any errors in my calculations.I think it would be nice to have a convenient place to post these.

I was able to put in three very large windows, and build nice window wells with steps that angle outward using large strip sandstone.

I told him I could bank them, but I'm going to need a "sweetener" (loan fees, etc) of a couple of thou$and.It turns out that he has already signed an EM contract at his new place and plans on closing the end of May (school out).

I'm looking at a property that seems like a good deal for owner-occupant plus a renter - it has a nice 3 bedroom house on the street, and another 2 bedroom kind of odd looking house on the back half of the property.
