I'm not as altruistic as her. haha)This lead me to naturally come up with ways to compile leads thinking about property owners who might be going through stressful situations, and came up with about 14 categories, and built systems & processes to Create these type of leads, and Convert them into appointments & deals closed.

I practice Control & Roll and do lots of deals without the stress of borrowing money, dealing with agents, contingencies and only deal in assignments of real estate contracts in "as is" condition for all CASH.Wishing you good luck and happy hunting for the BIG EQUITY that is out there for you - go find it, control it and assignment for a cash profit.Cheers

correct, leverage does boost returns on real estate. but, stocks (in a roth or traditional ira/401k) does have compound interest (Einstein called it his greatest discovery) and with a lot less stress and zippo debt.pros and cons to everything.

We are fine with this, and honestly, I suffer from severe anxiety myself, and, while I do not see how owning a dog can amount to less stress in this situation, if it does help her, then that's great.
