Well, direct vent gas fireplace with the blower is a heat source and you can have one in every room, no variances needed.

All purchasers of rental property should independently contact the municipality where the rental property is rented to verify (at a minimum): 1) rental license valid and what tier (if exists), 2) any open work orders on the property and when was the last inspection, and 3) any criminal activity at the property (public data request).

If your PM can't follow this simple task, then sure, price could be a problem, but exposure could be too.When checking rents in the area I do 3 things -- Rentometer, Craigslist to validate (looking for comps), and then FB to confirm my validation.I have a C property in a C area, and I was astounded at the rent (higher than I thought it would be).
